As an advocate for education, I graduated high school at 16 years old after skipping two years in elementary school. I attended a community college in Austin, Texas for two years, then moved to Conway, Arkansas where I attended Hendrix College. I graduated class of 2015 as Magna Cum Laude with Distinction as an Allied Health Pre-Physical Therapy major. My husband and I have been married since May 2017. We have three dogs: two black labs and one Australian shepherd/husky mix. I love ballet, playing guitar, working out, practicing yoga and traveling. I have been a certified personal trainer for four years and absolutely love sharing research associated with neuroscience, nutrition, psychology physiology, and fitness.
