I am a graduate of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL where I received my Bachelors degree in Communications with a major concentration in print journalism. I earned my Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, FL.
Before law school, I worked as a reporter for several community newspapers, covering local government. During law school, I worked as a substitute teacher, a Dean's Writing Fellow, the Lead Senior Editor of a law journal, and a Research Assistant for a legal writing professor.
I tutor English and Writing. I am most passionate about these subjects because it is important to be able to express ideas in writing in a way that is clear and concise. Education is very important to me because, at the risk of sounding clich, knowledge truly is power. I believe that to pursue your dreams it means living a few years of your life like most people won't, so that you can spend the rest of your life like most people can't. Hard work will pay off.
Outside of work and academia, I enjoy traveling, sports, movies, and theme parks.
