My name is Dawn Duodu. I earned my Masters of Arts degree from New York Universitys Steinhardt School of Education in Business Education and Workplace Learning. I come from a home where it was stressed that knowledge is power. I currently teach online to children in China. I have over 10 years of experience working at BOCES with special education and vocational training. My experiences include college admissions, academic coach, tutor, Work Readiness instructor, professional development trainer, job coach, and instructor at Nassau Community College. I have also worked with and trained others who work with the developmentally disabled in residential services. Furthermore, I am deeply committed to ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their education and has access to every educational Avenue available to them. My educational style focuses on academic and social skills training. I am extremely passionate about promoting advocacy and self-advocacy for students from all backgrounds.
