I'm a writing and literature teacher with 10 years of experience in college and high school classrooms. I graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Geneseo, where I earned a BA in English. I have two Master's Degrees: an M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an MFA in Creative Writing from West Virginia University.

I enjoy helping students recognize the relationships among reading, writing, and thinking. My students set ambitious goals and work hard to meet them, with my support along the way.
