I am an undergraduate student at Rice University. Im currently working on my Bachelor degree in Biochemistry and I am a pre-med student. I have tutored young children at my local Korean Language School as a middle and high school student, and during high school I also was a teacher for Mu Alpha Theta club. I also have done online tutoring before, during high school. I tutor ACT, mathematics, SAT subject tests (Korean, Math II, Chemistry), Korean language, physics, and science. Out of all of these subjects, I am most passionate about tutoring ACT and mathematics, because I believe that although standardized test scores are definitely not everything in life, it is still a very important aspect that will be greatly influential as a student. Mathematics is also a crucial subject to have a very strong base in, as such a necessary part of life. I firmly believe that education (studying, taking exams, etc.) should be a fun experience and enjoyable for everyone, as a way to test ones own limits and achieve ones maximum potential. Outside of academics, I enjoy reading books for fun, spending time with family and friends, watching Korean dramas, and doing yoga.
