As a tutor and mentor, I utilize sharing my screen with the student when I go into an Excel Spreadsheet. I have discovered that most students want to learn how to determine the correct answer. The best and quickest way to do that is to show the student how an experienced, licensed CPA reads a problem, determines whats important, and resolves the issues. I also always save the spreadsheet as we proceed and email it to the student at the sessions end.

As licensed CPA, I have to maintain at least 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) per year. Therefore, I stay very current in my field.
