What motivates me is finding solutions to problems, and sharing that knowledge to others searching for that solution. There is nothing more fulfilling than the feeling you get when you help a student understand something, at a detailed level, which they previously struggled with.
My goal is to find creative solutions to explain any topic. Nothing is too complicated; there are always alternative teaching methods, analogies, memory techniques, and positive learning experiences that will allow anyone to learn any topic!
