Hi! I am Mitch, a mathematician, engineer, project manager, ex-college teacher, swimmer, sailor, father, grandfather, amateur photographer and poet, more or less.

I love geometry (best in class), spreadsheets, modeling, research, gathering and analyzing data, making work efficient and effective, and teaching. I am a focused writer, love poetry, and am very concise.

I went to the Naval Academy; I believe in hard work and setting the bar high. I think getting educated requires a lot of hard work (however smart you are), motivation, book reading, and curiosity.

I think the tutor/student relationship requires respect on both sides and should be fun and stimulating.
