I first discovered the joy of tutoring in my junior year of high school, when I joined as an instructor at Kumon. I am now going to be a junior in college, but to me, the magic of seeing my students' faces light up as they learn new information has not yet disappeared. I have come a long way since I accepted my first tutoring job - which was also my first ever job - in high school. I am now a state certified EMT and I volunteer with two different organizations, and I am studying Cell Biology and Neuroscience at Rutgers University on a Pre-Med track. I have also held other paid and volunteer positions since then, and I'm currently conducting research at Rutgers. However, in all of my endeavors, I am always looking to learn more, and will never settle for just "good enough", which is something I strive to instill in my students as well.
