I like math and the critical thinking that it involves. I see math problems as little puzzles to be put together and solved, and puzzles are also one of my favorite hobbies. Math problems can often be solved in more than just one way, and finding different ways to solve one problem is something that always keeps math interesting for me. Math, in my opinion, is one subject that can help develop the ability to see different perspectives of a single situation.
I am a certified Texas Teacher. I have taught math in K-4 and in high school. I have also taught special education in these grades, as well. Reading and writing education are also on my list of strong points.
I am a good tutor because I strongly think that with proper attention and patience, all students can understand and dominate math.
