Throughout my teaching career, no matter how many students I have had at a given time, it's the one-on-one communications that have been the most memorable and substantive. I have always had a propensity for identifying an individual student's needs and modeling lessons to optimized learning. And have greatly enjoyed experiencing the progress we have achieved.
