The reason I decided to get into education is I enjoy the process of development. What is your teaching philosophy?

The way I help students stay motivated is through seeing the light at the end of the tunnel so of speak. I help them understand the purpose and reasoning behind the process and how it can benefit them in the long run. I try to relate it to them personally.
