What is your teaching philosophy?

Follow your dream, and do what you want, and not what people want.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

Introduce myself and build a comfortable relationship with them.

How can you help a student become an independent learner?

Review everything they learned during the session and make notes for the things they do not know. The most important rule: BE ORGANIZED.

How would you help a student stay motivated?

Start from the easiest question and the most interesting subject, and then build the stairs step by step.

If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?

Make a similarity between the concept and something he/she knows.

What strategies have you found to be most successful when you start to work with a student?

Asking them questions to know how much they learned from the subjects.
