What is your teaching philosophy?

Patience and positive reinforcement are the best way to get a student to reach his or her full potential.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

Get to know them, and ascertain where their strengths and weaknesses are in the classroom. Then we would come up with a plan that focuses on tweaking and perfecting their strengths while creating measurable milestones and goals to improve upon their weaknesses.
