How would you help a student stay motivated?

Through positive reinforcement.

What is your teaching philosophy?

I believe that every student can learn and succeed. As a teacher, it is my job to provide the best teaching style for each of my student's needs.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

In the first session, I would assess my students to see the areas in which they struggling. I also ask about his goals--both long term and short term so that we can work together in achieving these goals.
