My approach to teaching involves removing fears - especially in math. Most people do poorly in math because they are afraid of it. Math texts tend to be written in a complicated manner. I try to remove the fear with concise, simple explanations of math concepts.

What is your teaching philosophy?
Usually I start with the materials provided by the school, and then supplement that with my own books, PowerPoints, worksheets, and test questions. Often, I will make up questions "on the fly" based on student needs and responses.
