I graduated in May of 2016 from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science degree. I majored in Biology of Global Health and minored in Theology. My teachers throughout high school and college have been some of the most influential people in my life. They have inspired me to to work with students to help them better understand their interests, take advantage of opportunities, and reach their full potential. During my senior year at Georgetown, as part of a thesis project, I taught 10th grade biology twice a week to students in a DC public high school. Through this experience, I learned a lot about how to identify individual students needs and tailor my teaching style accordingly.
I enjoy dancing (namely hip hop), music, and playing sports.
