What is your teaching philosophy?
My teaching philosophy is making sure each and every student can achieve through any class. I work diligently to make sure we focus and concentrate on the most needed areas until we have mastered them.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
In a typical first session, I definitely would ask the student where do they feel they need the most help in.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
In order to help a student become an independent learner, I would help them take all of their weaknesses and help them turn them into strengths.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
Expressing to a student that they can do something is the biggest motivation a student can have.
If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?
During difficult concepts, I would make learning creative in order to make sure we have mastered the subjects.
How do you help students who are struggling with reading comprehension?
When students are struggling with reading comprehension, I make sure I see what words they do not understand first.
