I am currently attending Saint Louis University in pursuit of a B.S. in Neuroscience. I have previously tutored students in mathematics (mainly algebra 1), chemistry, and biology and have tutored kids of all ages from elementary school to college students. Along with basic math, chemistry and biology I am available to tutor ACT prep! I have had a lot of unique experiences with tutoring and I enjoying learning new ways to adapt to different students learning styles. I truly believe knowledge is a gift and every student should be able to enjoy learning new things and enhancing their knowledge. It is an amazing feeling when you can help a student understand a concept they have been struggling with. Since I have tutored various ages of students with various subjects, I feel like I am equipped with a lot of knowledge on how to individualize study plans for each student, which is one of the most important tools to help a student succeed. I love getting to know the student and really focusing on their individual strengths and building off of those strengths to help them with their weaker subjects. I look forward to learning new ways from students to help other students learn.
In my free time I love to dance and just try new things with my friends. I enjoy mind challenging things like puzzle and escape the room events. I also love to travel with my family. Learning about and trying new things are by far one of my favorite things to do. It really helps me get out of my comfort zone and enhance my awareness and knowledge about new lifestyles and cultures. My goal is to one day step foot on every continent!
