I received an undergraduate degree in philosophy and psychology with a minor in studio art from Simmons College, an MA in philosophy from Tufts, and a PhD in philosophy from University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. I have worked as a writing assistant and taught high school and college students a variety of subjects within philosophy including Bioethics, Ancient Philosophy, Philosophy of Law, Ethical Theory, and Intro to Philosophy. In addition to philosophy, I am comfortable tutoring GRE Verbal and Analytical Writing, writing more generally, bioethics/medical humanities, and psychology. I am passionate about helping my students develop their critical thinking skills and learn how to express their ideas clearly.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing poetry, and running.
