I have university teaching experience and I tutored friends throughout college. I have received excellent teacher evaluations at both the University of Texas and Singapore University of Technology and Design. These two universities have students that are very different from each other and I excelled in teaching both groups. My background is in mathematics, I have a bachelors and masters degree in math from UT and NYU respectively, but I branched out from pure math and received a PhD from the McCombs School of Business in financial engineering. I left my job in Singapore in August and I start a new job as a professor of Mathematics and Systems Engineering at the University of Minnesota in January.
