I have two master degrees in chemistry (inorganic and organometallic). I have a Ph. D in organic chemistry from the university of Connecticut. I was a teaching assistant for general chemistry for two years and organic for another two years in two separate institutions. I taught students from different backgrounds and levels. As a tutor I believe it is very important to like what I do to succeed and do well. In the past, I enjoyed working with students and seeing their progress and success. My method in tutoring is to emphasize on the concepts and make sure the students understand them. This helps them build their critical thinking and predict the solution for similar problems. I always prefer to lead the student to the answer rather giving it away. In this way, I can spot the field where improvement needs to be made. I am looking forward to working with students with different levels and backgrounds.
