I am three years of experience as a tutor in mathematics and economics.
I have tutored in the areas of Pre-algebra, Geometry, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Pre-calculus, Calculus, Probability, Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, and SAT math to students of all ages from elementary school through college. I particularly enjoy helping students learn and understand the material in their own way as well as developing study strategies that work for them. I believe these subjects can become very interesting when taught in the right away.
As an undergraduate, I majored in Mathematics and Economics at a university well-recognized for having an academic faculty at the forefront in these subject areas. I am experienced with Calculus, Ordinary Differential Equations, Probability, Mathematical Statistics, Linear Algebra, Single Variable Calculus, Real Analysis, Linear Programming, Micro and Macroeconomics, Game theory, Econometrics, Public Finance, and International Trade and Finance. As a graduate at the prestigious University of Virginia, I studied Advanced Econometrics, Advanced Micro and Macroeconomic Theory, Labor Economics, Public Economics, and Development Economics.
