I graduated from University of Washington majoring in Economics and Applied & Computational Math Science. Since graduation, I taught at a Korean International High school and at an elite Korean private International Baccalaureate (IB) high school where they emphasized overseas university placements.
I taught AP Economics (Micro & Macro) for 2+ years, IB Economics SL/HL for 2 years, IB Business & Management HL for 2 years, and Pre-calculus for 2 years.
During my years of teaching, using real world examples played a tremendous role when teaching new theories to the students. Furthermore, I believe in repetition when it comes to test preparations so that students can become comfortable with not only the format but also with generating answers within a short time frame.
I enjoy traveling, exercising (weight lifting), reading biographies, and playing Starcraft (once in a Bluemoon).
