I am a graduate of Harvard University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in the History of Science with a focus on global health and health policy. Since graduation, I have worked in Washington, D.C. at a healthcare research and consulting firm, helping hospitals business development and strategy. From these experiences, I have significant experience with various forms of writing (e.g. academic or personal essay, research brief), and thoroughly enjoy helping others with their writing as well. Other areas of interest for me include History, Literature, English, and, last but not least, Spanish. I have taken Spanish classes since elementary school and love sharing my passion for the language with others. Over the years I have supported different students including friends and family members on these specific subjects through both formal and informal tutoring opportunities. I have found these experiences to be extremely rewarding, and I look forward to working with more students. Learning has always been a fun and curiosity-driven process for me, and I always try to impart that same sensibility in my work. In my spare time, I enjoy reading books of all shapes, sizes, and genres but also the not-so-occasional movie. I also love cheering on my favorite athletic teams as well as teaching people about the less well-known sport of field hockey. Finally, I love taking advantage of the great and historic city of Washington, D.C.!
