What is your teaching philosophy?
All students are capable of being successful. As a teacher, it's my job to identify the strategies and resources that will put each student I work with on the path to success.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
The first time I meet with a student, I have 3 goals. I want to establish a positive relationship with the student. This is also a time for the parents to tell me what their goals are for my time with their child. The final goal for the first session is to gain insight into where the child is academically.
