I am a fifth-year graduate student at Rutgers University, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy currently pursuing my Pharm. D. degree. Throughout the course of my undergraduate and graduate years, I have served as an academic tutor for the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Administration in courses such as Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry. Besides tutoring undergraduate students, I also have experience working with younger students in subjects ranging from Writing to Math. I enjoy engaging my students with fun and stimulating math problems. My teaching style centers around a student-based approach and can be summed up simply by this Chinese Proverb, "Give me a fish and I eat for a day. Teach me to fish and I eat for a lifetime." I love to challenge students' minds and enable my students to think critically in order to apply what they have learned to real-world applications. In my leisure time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and traveling.
