I am a lawyer who graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, Class of 2016. Prior to law school, I graduated from American University with a degree in International Relations, with concentrations in Peace and Conflict Resolution and Europe. I have been tutoring for the past six years, and I love it! I started as a homework tutor with Big Brothers Big Sisters in high school, where I found my passion for helping students. In college, I tutored extensively in the Washington DC area, both professionally and as a volunteer with the DC Reads Program. I have worked with a wide range of students, tutoring for college entrance tests (SAT, ACT, Subject tests, etc.), as well as high school, middle school, and elementary school academic classes. I have also worked with students on essay revision, public speaking, study skills, test anxiety, and general college admissions. Out of all the subjects I have tutored, I most enjoy tutoring reading comprehension and literature.
I constantly adapt my tutoring to suit any student's individual learning style. I strive to form a relationship with all of my students and create lessons that simultaneously engage, entertain, and educate. With this support, I believe any student can achieve great things.
