I graduated from Ohio State University for law school, I have a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from The Johns Hopkins University, and received my Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in Agricultural Economics and Philosophy.
Following undergrad, I taught one year of second grade in Baltimore City. I then moved on to be a Kindergarten through eighth grade math specialist at another school the next year. In addition to my classroom experiences, I have been tutoring on and off for about nine years. I have also taught a summer program for refugees in Baltimore.
I am great with working with a wide range of age groups and will work hard to help my students achieve their goals by helping them develop a personal understanding of the tutoring subjects.
When I have free time, I enjoy watching college football and playing video games. I also love reading and learning; in fact, I make it a goal to learn one new skill every summer. Some of my past summer learning projects have been: learning to play the guitar and harmonica, VBA programming, computer repair, college football offenses, and cooking.
