I am originally from Ann Arbor, and my career has taken me all over the world. I have relocated to Chicago in pursuit of an MBA and to create both personal and professional roots.
I have been fortunate enough to help high school and college students in various subjects such as mathematics and ESL. I take great pride in helping students understand concepts and integrate their varied ways of learning. I love the moment when I am working with a student, and I can tell that the information has really clicked. It is really a privilege to be a part of the learning process for students.
I try to make the learning process fun and engaging, and really hone in on which style works for each student. I am goal-oriented, and I like creating a plan with students and parents to take proper steps in reaching those goals.
I spend my free time biking, reading interesting books, learning songs on the guitar, and hanging out with my friends.
