I was born and raised in Philadelphia. I have worked as a teacher/educator for 8 years and love seeing the expression of understanding on the face of a student. I used to do stand-up comedy and sing in an acapella group, and I try to input at least some comedy into my tutoring (not a lot of opportunity for singing). I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, did graduate school at Pace University, and am currently a Ph.D. student in American History at Temple University. I am a lifelong learner, and I look forward to working with you and your child.
