About Me

I am a graduate of the University of Missouri. I received my undergraduate degree in Classical Languages and History, and went on to receive my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction in Secondary Social Studies Education from UMKC. I have taught everywhere from high school to second grade. I am most passionate about teaching history to all ages of students and reading and writing to upper elementary students. I firmly believe that everyone can learn and because of this I also have a background of special education as well.
