About Me

I am currently teaching English composition, literature, and developmental writing at both Northwest Vista College in San Antonio, Texas, and Del Mar College in Corpus Christi. These classes include online, remote learning, and face-to-face instruction. Prior to teaching at the college level, I taught all levels of high school English in Washington State and California. My goal as an instructor is to help students recognize their own strengths and to enhance those skills to meet their educational goals. Whether you're working on reading or writing skills in any genre, there are no tricks. Improvement requires practice and a willingness to learn.
