About Me

I am a university graduate with multiple degrees and a well of experience in teaching children, teenagers, as well as adults of different ages. I have been always been passionate about two things in my life: helping other people and learning so a career in teaching was perfect for me. I have always loved helping people from early on in my life and as I grew up I also came to understand that I loved learning new things whether it be from books or other people. These two things led me to a career in education and great experiences working with my students. The smile or sense of achievement I see on a student's face when they understand something for the first time or when they get a good result on a test or assignment is why I love my job with such a passion. My teaching philosophy is teaching every one of my students in a unique way depending on their strengths and weaknesses. My adoration for knowledge has taken many places. I earned my first Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of Michoacan Mexico and then I decided to earn another Bachelor's degree at the Governors State University as well as a Master's degree in Curriculum instruction in ESL. In addition; I decided to get a K-12 Bilingual Endorsement but I am currently not working toward any degrees. Therefore; I became a bilingual tutor of Spanish and English because I love everything about the Spanish language especially how it sounds, moreover, English has always been one of my favorite subjects to tutor because of its novels and poems. I can teach children from birth till the age of nine as well as adolescents. I like watching and playing soccer in my free time as well as listening to music.
