About Me

I have an Associate Degree in Science from Tidewater Community College, a Bachelor's Degree in English from William and Mary, and a Master's in Education from William and Mary's School of Education. This year will be my sixth year teaching in Virginia. I have taught gifted classes, core classes, and inclusion classes specializing in special education management. I love helping students figure out the best way to understand a subject and where their strengths lie. I am especially passionate about writing and poetry. In my free time, I love video games, reading, writing poetry, toiling in my garden, and harassing my husband and cats.
