About Me

I am a Washington State certified teacher with 6 years of classroom teaching experience. I taught AP Chemistry and Chemistry for the last 3 years, and taught middle school science and 9th grade science before that. I love engaging in science and examining the world around me. As a teacher, I enjoyed working with students one-on-one and seeing their eyes light up when they had that "A-ha!" moment. I left teaching in search of a more flexible schedule. I am eager to continue supporting students as a tutor and look forward to sharing my knowledge! Hobbies: books, writing, reading, music, baking, art
