About Me

I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2018, with a degree in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science, with the ultimate goal of attending medical school. Since graduation I have worked with UVa Hospital as a medical scribe and research assistant, and spent a year abroad in Ireland. My primary area of expertise for tutoring is the MCAT, and my favorite subsection to work on is Bio/Biochem. I am also very experienced at tutoring for high school or college level chemistry or biology courses. Having self-taught for the MCAT, I learned many mnemonics that I believe will greatly help my students. I believe a strong foundation in STEM courses promotes one's ability to problem solve and think critically throughout life, and I am eager to share the tips/tricks I have learned along the way, with new people. In my spare time I love reading, hiking, surfing, playing guitar, and watching football and basketball.
