About Me

I am currently a mathematics instructor at Freedom Preparatory Academy High School teaching geometry and ACT Math. I teach 9-11 graders at an inner city school that is in the bottom 5% of students in the state of Tennessee. Despite the circumstances, I have the ability to break down materials in my content area to where students that are 2-3 years behind are able to understand. My success is your success. I have multiple methods of guiding students to understanding, and as a tutor I will be able to do the same for you. I break down concepts dependent on how you prefer to learn and will adjust how I teach according to your needs. I am easy to engage and will ensure that you get the concepts. If I am unable to explain the first time, you can be assured that I will research and identify a method to explain to you the next time I work with you. I am very readily available outside of school hours and my schedule is highly flexible.
