About Me

My aim is to help and my motivation is the joy I get from seeing my students learn. Dr Achesons BioKent Acheson is the VP of Finance and Operations for Acheson Consulting, LLC. He has managed Acheson Consulting since 2003 and performed all financial management functions, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, all cash management, taxes, and analyses, as well as, reports to management, including the financial statements. He received his MBA in 2006 and his DBA. from the University of Phoenix in 2012.Dr. Acheson has over 20 years experience with team collaboration, team building and leadership. His research interests are in the advances of innovation in a society and the hindrances to innovation. The focus is on Patent Policy. Dr. Acheson is currently a member and manuscript reviewer for Healthcare Financial Management Associations (HFMA) publication hfm. Dr. Acheson teaches HA520 Healthcare Administration Finance & Economics; and is the Lead Faculty member for HA520. Dr. Acheson is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Finance for the Health Care Administration (HCA) department.
