About Me

My first interest in tutoring started many years ago as a Sunday School teacher at my church. I enjoyed explaining biblical concepts to the kids and delighted in watching them gain understanding of the subject. My first academic tutoring started with College algebra in college and has extended to High school chemistry, Calculus 1.I graduated with Biological Science from Lee University. While I have only officially tutored the above mentioned subjects, I feel comfortable with tutoring both High School and College Biology courses. My purpose here is to help you enjoy what you're learning instead of seeing it as a chore because I believe "Knowledge is power". I will be right beside you to tutor and mentor you till we get that grade we want in that class. Outside of tutoring, I really enjoy travelling, styling, spending quality time with people and exploring other cultures. I thoroughly enjoy learning about people so that makes me a good listener. My top strengths are Perseverance, Empathy, Harmony and Restorative. All this skills are molding me to become who I am and give me the ability to work cooperatively and successfully with people.
