If students are provided with only a limited set of acceptable responses, then, as teachers, we cannot expect them to respond with fervor or 100% accuracy, as various learning needs dictate a demand for delineation. Play is applicable to all. My perspective is not limited to only those on the spectrum. Children are a product of their environment. They are malleable. They are all deserving. I believe in educating the whole child for all children.
