I am a versatile and dedicated child advocate with a solid focus on the individual needs of identified and Special Education students. I am a kindhearted and empathetic professional who is flexible and accommodating in the design and implementation of inspiring hands-on lessons, employing wide-ranging manipulatives and IEPs to enhance student achievement. I am skilled in addressing student needs and ensuring students will thrive and develop in an adaptable educational atmosphere. My greatest strength is in relationship building with students to gain their respect and trust which encourages them to feel safe to take academic and interpersonal risks for growth and success.
