About Me

I am currently a first year MBA student at Washington University in St. Louis. I am a certified teacher in the State of Missouri with three years of full time experience teaching high school science as well as social studies (specifically economics) in the St. Louis area. I earned a master's degree in Secondary Education in 2013 from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. I earned by bachelor's degree in 2011 from the University of Miami with a major in Economics and a minor in Art and Art History. I will be tutoring middle/high school math and social studies. I believe that all students can excel and would love to convince every person in America that Math is FUN! (Social studies does not have as bad a reputation.)I enjoy working with students and have substantial experience with students who have IEPs or otherwise need some extra help (don't we all sometimes!). I look forward to helping you reach your academic goals. I love to draw and paint though I wish I had more free time to do both. I also like to watch football (Saturdays--college, Sundays--NFL of course) and walking my dog, Gizmo.
