About Me

I am a recent graduate of Wake Forest University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Mathematical-Economics. I began tutoring Economics through my university's tutoring center, but soon branched out to local junior high and high schools where I focused on tutoring Math. While I always enjoyed tutoring undergraduate students, I found great satisfaction in teaching Math to struggling teenagers. From my experiences, I learned that anyone can tackle basic mathematical ideas if they are given proper patience and instruction. Furthermore, I have learned that every student has a unique style of learning. My tutoring philosophy embodies this notion and I strive to tailor my lessons to fit each student's academic strengths.
