I am a student at Columbia University in New York, studying Computer Science and Biochemistry. I offer person-centered learning approaches in the subjects of ACT prep, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Spanish, English, Writing, Psychology and other areas. Outside of school, I enjoy reviewing films and novels, conducting biomedical research, exercising, and writing.

I am passionate about teaching math to high schoolers. My specialty is being able to connect Mathematical concepts to real world and simplifying complex problems in order for the students to feel confident with their math knowledge.

Approaching math and science problems with optimism and desire for learning are key to developing one's mind and skills. More than helping to understand subjects, my goal in tutoring is to transmit desire for the sciences and passion for learning, which I believe is key to learning in the long run.
