I attended the University of Central Florida, where I received a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Crime, Law, and Deviance. I am currently working on applying to various law schools as I plan to attend in Fall 2023. I tutor students for the LSAT. As I understand the law admissions process, I hope to help others on their journey to law school and obtain their desired LSAT goals.

I've been a teacher for 15 years and love all kinds of science! I love teaching because I love learning and would love to work with you to learn more about the universe around us. I've taught astronomy, earth and space science, chemistry, physics, life science, and am starting a forensics class next year. I've got degrees in Earth and Space Science Education and Educational Leadership.

I create an environment where students feel safe and at ease, a place where they do not have to worry about how they are perceived, and where it is good to make mistakes. I instill ethical and moral behavior and teach them tolerance of others. I also instill a love for learning based on rational and critical thinking. I teach them in a way to highlight problem solving and real life situations. I provide a challenging learning environment that is child-centered, well balanced, and aims to develop the "Whole Child" to the fullness of his or her potential. I seek to ensure that each child develops the appropriate knowledge, skills, and awareness necessary in preparation for future challenges. I graduated in 2017 from Rutgers University with a major in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Music. I taught SAT classes though the university yielding 100+ point improvements in just a few months. I also worked at Kumon, teaching students (~3 to 7 years old) in Math and Reading. Additionally, my teaching experience includes coaching Little League softball to the 10-and-under age group, and I was told that I was able to relate and interact well with the players. I have mostly tutored math (including a focus in SAT Math), but I am always happy to help someone in any subject than I can. I enjoy working with students of all ages, and I want to see every one of them succeed!I generally ask students or parents to send me homework/class work problems they want to go over together, or topics they would like to cover so I can come prepared with examples. The students who usually benefit the most from working with me are those who care about doing well in class and want to learn. I like to engage with my students and make session not a dread for them - but I want them to engage back too!Since graduating I worked for two of the largest e-commerce companies in supply chain/logistics management, and now I'm a data consultant. I enjoy bowling, crocheting, and spending time with my pets in the sunshine state!

I have a Bachelors Degree in English writing from Limestone College in Gaffney, SC, where I also played four years of NCAA Division 2 Men's Indoor Volleyball. Despite spending my college years there, I was born and raised in the town of Longwood in the lovely state of Florida. I spent the 2014-2015 school year teaching English 3 at Oak Ridge High School. I am an extremely effective overall English teacher, and am also able to offer a great deal in SAT/ACT preparation. Being a former student-athlete, as well as continuing my passion for playing, I understand the unique struggles that may cause, and am more than willing to give advise on how to effectively balance school and sports. I am not jut interested in teaching young students how to pass tests, but rather how to actually learn, expand the mind, and think critically for themselves. It is my personal goal not just to help you achieve the grade or mark goals that you want, but also to help create bright young adults.

Education has always been an important part of my life. My father always said one thing that nobody can take away from you is your education. That is why I became an educator. I am currently a senior at Florida Atlantic University. I volunteered at various elementary schools, where I tutored students after school. I also tutored students virtually. All the experience and skills I have accumulated over the years have enabled me to become a superb tutor.

Furthermore, I took part in multiple honor societies and science organizations such as Science Olympiad and Science Fair, Mu Alpha Theta, and Science National Honor Society.Academic Achievements:- 99th Percentile SAT and ACT Score (800 SAT Math)- Perfect Score SAT Math 2 and Chemistry- National AP Scholar Award- 3rd Place FL State Science Fair (Plant Biology)I believe in understanding the student's goals and using visuals as well as examples to help the student learn the concepts.
