I am a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where I received my BS in Human Biology. I am currently a MS in Bioethics candidate at Columbia University. I hope to attend medical school, and plan to pursue a career in primary care medicine.

Hi I'm Kara! I graduated from Grinnell College in Iowa in May 2017 where I majored in biological chemistry. During college, I worked as a class mentor for 1st and 2nd-year biology classes. As a mentor, I helped during class time and lab, but I also held sessions twice weekly outside of class to review and teach the material. I really enjoy working with my peers on biology concepts.
