I enjoy teaching, helping students gain knowledge, skill, and thereby power. I especially like the "aha" moments when students grab ahold of an idea and it becomes personal. (5 months later!) And I really like this company. Varsity Tutors is an awesome company to work for and be associated with.

My philosophy of education is that every student can learn. Sometimes it takes longer and sometimes it takes different ways to teach but if they have the will and right kind of motivation and environment they will be able to learn and gain knowledge.
