I began my love for teaching at an early age when I myself when I found a teacher in college that, no matter what, would not let me fail. I wanted to be just like him. I began working with children from different backgrounds and cultures and grew a passion for social-emotional learning. I teach with a gentle and encouraging hand and will be with you every step of the way!

I am a driven tutor that is dedicated to make my students shine! I am freshly graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a major in Anthropology and a minor in Business. Focusing on economics, algebra, writing/reading, and college applications, I am currently a graduate student at Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism. Tutoring through high school and my undergraduate experience, I am familiar with students in middle school and beyond.
