Hello. I would describe myself as a fun loving tutor, who's patient, understanding, and proven to be effective. I have a flexible approach to teaching which includes going to museums, educational events, and using hands on activities to promote learning.

I have a strong background in english/creative writing, reading comprehension, and science- specifically biology. I am passionate about being a tutor for students because tutors helped me all through my high school career and got me where I am today! I am currently in dental school in New York.

I graduated Hofstra University in three and a half years, cum laude, with a B.A. in Drama and minor in creative writing. I spent two summers in Italy teaching children English, earning my TEFL certification. I now work in NYC private schools, long term substitute teaching. I am able to help with all things English and Writing, up to a high school level.
